Went to this location, ordered and received our subs. Only one guy, named Armani, was the only one working but he was very nice and apologized for the small wait we had. Would recommend visiting, we will be visiting again!

We have yet to find a decent PS in Columbus area. Got the Founders Sub w/Fries and neither tasted that great. Half of the sub had all of the mustard on it because it is all I tasted. The store was clean but a little chilly. The young lady that delivered the food to my table was very friendly and the order take could take some lessons from her. May not return to this location.

Slow! Ordered one sandwich, 2 waiting when I arrived.
Wrong order given to customer in front of me.
Feel sorry for the one kid making the sandwiches.
Been waiting 10 mins, still no sandwich.

Very upset with the customer service I just received at this location. I put in a web order at 7:35pm got to the store at 750pm and when I got in they were watching TV. When the gentleman came to cash me out I asked if the sub was even made as I put in the order 20 mins ago. The cashier told me no and when I asked why he said it was because "they were watching the game". I asked to speak to the manager and when I spoke to him and told him what the other guy said hes proceeded to blame it on the Web Orders and how it never works properly.. such BS
At least the other guy was honest about what they were doing. I've been here multiple times as I work right down the street and I've NEVER in my life had to deal with this here or anywhere else for that matter. Manager said he gave me an 8" instead of 6" which does nothing.. I ordered the 6" for a reason. -

I enjoy Penn Station. I can't eat fast food regularly, but will have Penn Station a handful of times each year. I went here after the main lunch time and it was great. I nearly always get the chicken parmesean. The last time I was there a couple days ago was no different. The staff were friendly, brought my food out to my table, and even came back out 10-15 minutes later to see how it was.
There are a few fast food restaurants in the same strip, Penn Station is the one I would go to. The ingredients seem fresh and it's made when ordered.
